Educational institutions: University 4, a private university, the Medical College 1, the teacher training college 2, 1 University Law, the government college 11, non-government college 56, Polytechnic Institute 1, 1 institute of paramedics, homeopathic college, a college union, Government college of Commerce 1, government high school 9, no government high school 444, junior high school 66, government 1334 primary school, not the government primary school 799, a research institute, primary education training institute, nursing education 1, blind and deaf school 1.

Actually Comilla District Council Scholarship in Bangladesh is for the students who have passed HSC in recent year like you are a student of HSC 2009 you can avail this scholarship in 2010 only. In 2012 you are not eligible for this scholarship.
