Generally, this scholarship is used to give the students who have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) in recent year.

Educational institutions: college (the government) 2, (NGO) 18, the university school 3, high school (public) 4, high school (NGO) 229, 58 madrasas, elementary school (public) 310 of the primary school (NGO) 283 in Panchagarh District.

Actually Panchagarh District Council Scholarship in Bangladesh is for the students who have passed HSC in recent year like you are a student of HSC 2009 you can avail this scholarship in 2010 only. In 2012 you are not eligible for this scholarship.
